a. Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging.

Only standard (non-customized) products are returnable.

Non-returnable items: Customized, made-to-order, cut-to-length fabrics, or customer-damaged items.

Process: Email order details & reason → Approval → Return shipping instructions.

Shipping cost: Customer pays, except for damaged/defective goods.
b. Refund Policy

Refunds processed after product inspection.

Issued to original payment method within 15 business days.

No refund if product is used, damaged, or altered.
c. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancellable within 24 hours of placement.

Not applicable for customized orders.

Contact us immediately with order ID for cancellation.
d. Damaged/Defective Goods

Notify within 48 hours of delivery with photos & order details.

Replacement arranged after verification.
