a. Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging.

• Only standard (non-customized) products are returnable.

• Non-returnable items: Customized, made-to-order, cut-to-length fabrics, or customer-damaged items.

• Process: Email order details & reason → Approval → Return shipping instructions.

• Shipping cost: Customer pays, except for damaged/defective goods.

b. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed after product inspection.

• Issued to original payment method within 15 business days.

• No refund if product is used, damaged, or altered.

c. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancellable within 24 hours of placement.

• Not applicable for customized orders.

• Contact us immediately with order ID for cancellation.

d. Damaged/Defective Goods

• Notify within 48 hours of delivery with photos & order details.

• Replacement arranged after verification.
